Hi! I'm Christin Bummer.  I reversed my high blood pressure and escaped my family's predisposition to diabetes with a plant-based diet back in 2011.

But it wasn't easy to stick with it when life threw me for a loop. I hated being different, having to ask others to accommodate me, and I often gave in to temptations. 

And don't even ask me about stress! I got WAY off-track when it came to stress. 

I finally learned (the hard way) that living a healthy happy lifestyle is about way more than the food or "knowing" what to eat or how to do it. 

I've since created a repeatable system for success (the easy way) that helps people to overcome all of life's challenges.
