9 Years ago I was about to give up
No matter how much exercise I did, or books I read, or carbs I avoided, I couldn’t crack the code on getting it right. My pants were getting tighter. My blood pressure was still rising. I was on a fast track to my living out my family history.

It took me a few more years to really catch on to the root of the problem, but once I did it became so clear to me why I (and so many others) was struggling.

I was raised to use food to celebrate, to grieve, to show love. To feel loved. I went to food when I was stressed, lonely, or bored. 
And the food was causing serious distress - weight gain, headaches, low self-esteem, fatigue, bloating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and insulin resistance (a precursor for diabetes).
And then I had a breakthrough. I wasn’t broken. It wasn’t completely my fault. The food was designed to be addictive. It was designed to make me want to buy more. 
Fixing the food is essential, there’s no doubt. And there’s a lot of misinformation that needs to be un-learned. The thing you’re missing is NOT a good recipe book or more motivation, and it’s certainly NOT more time or money. No, the biggest thing standing between you and your success is…. YOU!
